·      Registration (Steve Blechman) distributes and collects forms from new Scouts (and returning Scouts each fall - no BSA registration form is required for returning Scouts).

·      Registration tracks what forms have been distributed and which forms have been returned.

·      Registration obtains SM signature on BSA Scout applications and gives original to Treasurer and a copy to Records-2

·      Registration gives completed transportation forms to Transportation

·      Registration gives completed medical forms to Health and Safety

·      Registration gives completed Membership Agreement forms to Records-2

·      Registration gives completed Troop "Stuff" Order forms to Troop "Stuff" person - note that after the registration forms are collected in September, these forms will go directly to the "Stuff" person.

·      Registration gives checks to Troop Treasurer

·      Health and Safety collects and tracks adult medical forms

·      Health and Safety tracks Scout medical forms

·      Committee Chairman (or designate) collects, approves and signs BSA adult leader applications

·      Committee Chairman gives completed BSA adult leader application to Treasurer

·      Treasurer sends completed, signed Scout and leader applications to Scout office with check

·      Treasurer makes copy of BSA Scout and Leader applications, gives copy to Records

·      Records-2 files copies of Scout and Leaders applications and Membership Agreements in individual files

·      Records-1 collects completed merit badge cards

·      Records-1 completes Advancement Report for Scout office. Individual Boards of Review should NOT complete this form.

·      *Advancement Reports will be completed once per quarter...just before the Court of Honor. It is the responsibility of each Board of Review to notify Records-1 (Marge Leventon) of the correct information. (Name, Rank and Date).
