Vegetable Cheese Soup
Vegetable cheese soup
Easy! Quick! and MMMM Good!
1 package Knorr dried vegetable soup
4 cups water
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
3/4 lb. Light Velvetta Cheese (it cleans up easier)
Bring the soup and water to a rolling boil and simmer
for 5 minutes. Add the Rotel tomatoes and continue
cooking for another 5 more minutes. Cut the cheese
into cubes and stir into the soup. Continue to cook
and stir until all the cheese is melted.
Serve hot with chips.
