Chicken Day 2023
Chicken Day is FAST approaching. Chicken Day is on 12 November 2023, and EVERYONE needs to be there, with a parent.
Everyone must take, and sell, at least 20 chickens. This year we are only making and selling 300 non-kosher and 400 kosher birds. Our preferred option is to sell via Zeffy, our online ticketing platform:
A limited number of physical tickets will be available, but it’s MUCH easier to sell online. Send a link to your friends, family, and if you go door-to-door, you can take a phone and make the sale right there!!!
If you don’t know (or remember) what Chicken Day is, it’s our only fundraiser all year, and it helps to fund the troop’s events year ’round. We grill the chickens, then sauce them in our own, secret sauce, bag them (two halves to a bag) for our customers’ enjoyment. They freeze well, and make great instant meals for the busy family.
Tickets are pre-sold, and then the buyer must come and pick up their chickens on Chicken Day.
